The S.E.R.V.E. Summit is a 4-hour event dedicated to supporting female veterans transitioning to civilian life. Our mission is to Strengthen, Empower, Redefine, Validate, Evolve and Excel the lives of these remarkable women, enabling them to thrive authentically and succeed in their new chapters.
This event was created for female Soldiers who are transitioning from military to civilian life and Female Veterans looking for further support and resources in this next chapter.
Attendees can expect a day filled with inspiring speakers, interactive workshops, and valuable networking opportunities. The summit will focus on the key pillars of Strengthening, Empowering, Redefining, Validating, Evolving and Excelling in the transition to civilian life.

I Will Survive Inc.
Anisa Palmer is an award-winning nonprofit leader, author, speaker, and consultant whose journey from combat veteran to advocate for health equity and social impact is truly inspiring.
As the CEO of I Will Survive, Inc., a nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, Anisa has been transforming lives since 2010 by providing economic support, prevention education, and health and wellness services to those affected by breast cancer, especially in underserved communities.
Motivated by her late mother's battle with breast cancer, Anisa left a distinguished military career to focus on combating health disparities. Her dedication has earned her numerous accolades, including the Bronze Star Medal, the Phoenix Award from the former Mayor of Atlanta, and recognition as a Walker's Legacy Power 25 Honoree.
In addition to her work with I Will Survive, Inc., Anisa is the founder of the Palmer Firm Group, LLC, where she excels as a Certified Grant Writer®, Nonprofit Professional, and Life Coach. She is also a published author; two books are available on Amazon. Anisa Palmer continues to inspire and lead with a commitment to positive change and social impact.

Sandra Brownlee is a retired Master Sergeant from the United States Army and the Founder and CEO of Discovering Soldiers Potential II (DSPII), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering military veterans.
With a mission to serve veterans without charging fees, Sandra established the WayPoint Veteran Service Centers to assist veterans and their families with the transitional challenges they face after leaving the military, such as securing housing, recovering medical benefits, and finding employment.
Sandra served for 27 years in the U.S. Army Medical Department (AMEDD), where she played a pivotal role in training, mentoring, and advancing leadership, management, and clinical practices. Her extensive military career includes numerous accolades, including the Legion of Merit Ribbon and the Order of Military Medical Merit. Sandra's work continues to impact the lives of veterans, providing them with support and a caring community as they transition to civilian life.

The Afya Spot
Afya Evans is a US Army veteran, political analyst, and modern modiste with a unique background in Military Intelligence as a Cryptologic Linguist.
After her service, during which she received the prestigious General Maxwell D. Taylor award, Afya transitioned into a 20+ year career in global intelligence, working as a federal employee, contractor, and private industry analyst. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in International Relations, complemented by a distinguished study abroad experience in Cairo, Egypt, as a David L. Boren Scholar.
In 2018, Afya launched AFYA Enterprises LLC and the AFYA Spot Image Consulting and Coaching Studio. Her no-nonsense approach helps high-profile professionals, public figures, and media personalities create powerful brand images, speeches, and presentations for maximum impact. Dr. Elyssa Green is a dynamic leader, veteran, and entrepreneur committed to empowering her community through creative arts and advocacy. A U.S. Army veteran, Dr. Green embodies resilience and the power of reinvention.
After the economic downturn 2008, she returned to education, completing her Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's degree. She founded "Teen Expressions," a nonprofit that nurtures young talent in the arts, culinary, fashion design, and video production, providing them with platforms to showcase their skills and earn scholarships.
Driven by her passion for fostering creative growth, Dr. Green launched the "I Am Style Agency" in 2020 to offer aspiring and established creative guidance and opportunities. After being diagnosed with Alopecia in 2022, she embraced her baldness and founded "Bald Bozz Beauty," an initiative that advocates for Alopecia awareness and celebrates those who are bald by choice or circumstance.
Through her work, Dr. Green is dedicated to being a strong advocate for Alopecia awareness and a champion for creativity and empowerment in her community.

A highly decorated retired Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), Master Sergeant Baisden has earned recognition for her exceptional service, including being honored as a Goodwill Ambassador of Georgia. Throughout her distinguished career, she has been acknowledged with two prestigious Lifetime Achievement Awards from former President Obama and current President Joe Biden, celebrating her relentless commitment to supporting veterans and young people.
